Group Coaching

Eating Psychology is a process. This approach works with Mind Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology Strategies. For the best results I recommend a series of sessions.

I work in person or online.

I understand it can be hard to make a commitment. I first recommend having a 30 min Discovery Session to see if we are a good fit and discuss the way I work.

30 Min Discovery Session

We spend this time discussing where you are at currently and where you want to go. We will see if we are a good fit to work with each other..

Intuitive Body Reading

Our bodies are always talking to us. The pain in your neck.The ache in your belly. The tightness in your chest. The binge, emotional or overeating episodes.

I am able to guide you back to what your body truly needs in the form of nourishment (food, movement or lifestyle) by watching you move.

How it works:

  1. We have a 30 min video/voice chat to discuss where you are.

  2. You video yourself doing a Sun Salutation (I give you a sample)

  3. Send me the video

  4. 48 hours later you have an action plan to put into place

  5. Put the recommendations into practice

  6. 1-2 weeks later we have a follow up

The Conscious Eater

A 6 month journey starting with nourishing the body with Mind Body Nutrition and Intuitive Body Reading. Begin to understand how your thoughts, beliefs and behavior effect your eating patterns. Customize a meal plan that works for you so that you can find your ideal weight, stay there with little effort and minimize health issues. As we move deeper into the sessions we will dive into what is happening in your life that is causing  stress,, disordered eating patterns and overall health so that you can find peace with yourself, food and body.

Coaching Includes.

12 60- 90 Min Session  (Bi-Weekly)

Unlimited support for 6 months (in between sessions)

30 min Check in Session once a month

The Conscious Eater Express

A quicker abbreviated of the Conscious Eater condensed into 6 weeks. Starting with nourishing the body with Mind Body Nutrition and Intuitive Body Reading. Begin to understand how your thoughts, beliefs and behavior effect your eating patterns. Customize a meal plan that works for you so that you can find your ideal weight, stay there with little effort and minimize health issues. Binge, stress and overeating reduced in a faster amount of time. so that you can have the energy to do the things you want. Take the tools and principles learned to find your ideal weight in a natural, sustainable and easy way.

6 45 Min Session  Weekly)

Unlimited support for 6 Weeks (in between sessions)

Macy and Hannah are both long time Yoga Teachers and Mind Body Eating Coaches.
