Align with your Mind , Body & Soul
Yoga is apart of my program because it implements the same mind body principles. It is healing and a helpful way to get into your body. Yoga weaves them both together to create peace and understanding of embodiment. I encourage you to focus on the breath, movement and mobility in a kind and gentle way, in order for you to connect to the deepest part of yourself. The purpose of the yoga sessions is to help you be more present and link the mind and body together. Along with yoga we incorporate meditation. This combination has had a big impact on my clients.
It is gentle on the body, but extremely challenging. The practice, itself, can transform your mood and body.
